Lisa and Helen have a combined experience in care of over 30 years. After finding the constraints of working with others frustrating they decided to strike out on thier own and formed Bicester pa and care LLP in 2015. Although it was a struggle at first they stuck to it and year on year have expanded the business hiring more staff and taking on more clients while still maintaining the personal touch. But due to the limitations of being a limited liability partnership they changed to a Limited company which meant a change of name and in November 2019 they Became Bicester care and PA ltd.

Bicester care and pa have a fantastic strong team of carers who are enthusiastic and passionate about caring.

The care team are skilled in all areas of care and support the elderly, young disabled, learning disabilities, people with sensory impairments and palliative care.

Bicester care and pa works closely with other professionals so that all those being supported receive the personalised care that they need.

Bicester care and pa have kept thier CQC rating from the previous Bicester pa and care and are currently rated as ‘GOOD’

We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individual care plan that fits your specific needs. 

 We are more than willing to undertake client specific training and liaise with health care professionals to ensure all your needs are met.

We have established links with the Bicester District nurses and Continuing healthcare Teams,occupational therapists and social services.

Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.

Bicester Care and PA realise that some people find meal preparation a real struggle, and they may find themselves not wanting to bother, or they may just forget and skip meals. Regular balanced meals are essential for maintaining good health. We can help plan and prepare a meal of your choice, whether it is a microwave meal, or a cooked dinner.. 

 Looking after someone with a disability or illness can be an extremely demanding role, and one which family carers may require some help with from time to time. Bicester PA and Care can offer a sitting service, giving that much needed break, safe in the knowledge that their loved one is safe at home.
